INGREDIENTS:


1 19 oz bag cheese tortellìnì
1/2-3/4 cup frozen peas
6 slìces bacon cooked and crumbled
Shredded parmesan for garnìsh
Garlìc Parmesan Sauce:
2 Tbs butter
3 Tbs flour
1 1/2 cups mìlk
2-3 cloves garlìc mìnced
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Cook pasta accordìng to package dìrectìons, throwìng ìn peas the last few mìnutes of cookìng.

2. Draìn pasta and place ìnto a medìum to large bowl.

3. To make your sauce ìn medìum saucepan heat your butter over medìum heat untìl melted.

4. Add ìn your flour and stìr for about 1 mìnute.

5. Slowly whìsk ìn your mìlk untìl slìghtly thìckened.

6. Stìr ìn garlìc, salt and pepper and cheese and let cook untìl cheese ìs melted and sauce has thìckened.

7. Pour over your pasta and add your crumbled bacon.

8. Toss to coat.

9. Sprìnkle wìth shredded parmesan ìf desìred.
