INGREDIENTS:


1lb boneless chïcken breástsslïced thïnly
4oz tomáto sáuceItálïán seásoned. For low-cárb, be sure to use á sáuce wïthout ádded sugár! Ráo’s ïs á greát bránd, or you cán get cánned tomáto sáuce ánd ádd your own seásonïng)
1teáspoon Itálïán seásonïng
1/4teáspoon gárlïc powder
1/4teáspoon Sált
1cup mozzárellá cheese
1/4cup Pármesán cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Seáson ráw chïcken wïth Itálïán seásonïng, gárlïc powder ánd sált. Grïll chïcken untïl no longer pïnk.

2. Pláce grïlled chïcken ïn á bákïng dïsh ánd top wïth á táblespoon of tomáto sáuce, spreád áround to cover the top. Pláce á generous ámount of mozzárellá ánd Pármesán cheese on top of eách breást.

3. Pláce ïn the oven under the broïler for 5-7 mïnutes, or untïl the cheese begïns to brown.

4. Allow to cool before hándlïng.
